May's film is the psychological thriller How I Ended This Summer, which will be shown in Russian with English subtitles. On a desolate island in the Arctic circle, two men work at a small meteorological station. Sergei, a gruff professional, takes his job very seriously. Pavel retreats to his MP3 player to avoid Sergei's imposing presence. One day, Pavel receives terrible news from headquarters regarding Pavel. When the truth is revealed, the consequences explode against the chilling Arctic background.
