Life's a Cabaret, at least on stage. Kander and Ebb's tuneful but frightening musical about the loss of innocence as the shadows of Nazism creeps into German life leading to WWII. Set in 1931 Berlin, the show focuses on nightlife at the seedy Kit Kat Kub and revolves around the 19-year-old English Cabaret performer Sally Bowles and her relationship with the young American writer Cliff Bradshaw.
